Order first physical card

Learn how to order your first physical card so you can start spending with Next.

Next User Type: Member (Cardholder)

If enabled by your admin, you can order your own first physical J.P. Morgan Card. You can begin the process of ordering your card from the Dashboard or the email account associated with your Next user account. You must have a date of birth and residential address added to your account before you can order a physical card.

Order physical card from web browser

  1. In the Navigation Menu, select Company

  2. The Dashboard page displays

  3. From the To-do list, select Order your first physical card

  4. Advance to Order card steps below

Order physical card from email account

  1. Open the email account associated with your account

  2. Find a recent message from J.P. Morgan Next that informs you that your physical card is ready

  3. In the message, select Order Card

  4. Advance to Order card steps below

Order card

  1. Select one of the following shipping methods:

    • Standard (5-10 business days): No additional cost

    • Expedited (3-5 business days): $25 fee may be incurred

  2. Select or enter the address where you want the card to ship

  3. Select Submit Order
