Navigate the Cards page in J.P. Morgan Next

Learn how to use the Cards page in Next on a web browser.

Next User Type: All

The Cards page allows all users to find and view information about cards in J.P. Morgan Next. All spenders can use the Cards page to view cards where they are assigned as cardholder. Admins and bookkeepers can view information for all cards in their company; budget owners can view information for any cards in their associated budgets.


Open Cards page

In the Navigation Menu, select the Cards link. Depending on your user role, you may see the following options:

  • Your wallet: displays all cards where you are the assigned cardholder. Available for all user roles.

  • All cards: For admins and bookkeepers, this displays all cards in your company. For budget owners, this displays all cards in your assigned budgets.

  • Closed cards: For admins and bookkeepers, this displays all closed cards in your company. For budget owners, this displays all closed cards in your associated budgets. For spenders, this displays all closed cards where you are the assigned cardholder.

  • Physical card orders: displays physical card owners for your company. Available for admins.


View Cards page

  1. When viewing the Your Wallet, All Cards, or Closed Cards page, each card displays in its own row

    • The card may display the name, status (active, frozen, or not activated), card owner, last merchant used, budget, last charged date, card type (virtual or physical), spending limit, amount available to spend, card provider, last four digits of card number, and expiration date.

  2. To view the details of a card, select the row for the card

  3. To search for a card, enter the cardholder, card, name, or budget in the Search field

  4. To create a new virtual card, select Create virtual card

    • You can create a budget card or a custom-limit card

  5. To filter the information displayed, select the Filter icon

    • You can filter the page by budget, card status, and/or owners.​​​​​​

  6. To export the data displayed as a .csv file, select the Download icon
