From your Notification page in the web browser, you can manage all your personal notification settings for J.P. Morgan Next. Available notifications include suspicious activity (fraud alerts), low budget balance, and reimbursements.
Manage notifications from a web browser
In the Next Navigation Menu, select My account
Select Notifications
Manage notifications for your individual Next Account:
Suspicious activity (fraud alerts): receive notifications if suspicious activity is detected on your account
Low budget balance: receive notifications if the balance drops below 20% in any budget where you are assigned as a budget owner
Available notification methods: email and/or push notification
Reimbursements: receive notifications for any reimbursement requests that require your approval.
Available notification method: email
Notification frequency after selection: daily or weekly
