Freeze or unfreeze a card

Learn about freezing physical or virtual cards in Next.

Next User Type: Member (Cardholder), Admin

As a member (cardholder), you can freeze your own cards to prevent any transactions from being made. Admins can freeze any cards for cardholders in their company.

Cards may also be frozen if J.P. Morgan suspects fraudulent activity on your card. In these scenarios, you will not be able to unfreeze the card in the Next platform. Please call servicing to confirm activity on your card. If activity is valid, servicing will assist in unfreezing your card

Other cards may require completing transactions or other actions before they can be unfrozen.
