Edit personal account details

Learn how to view and edit your personal account details in J.P. Morgan Next.

Next User Type: Member

This article describes how to update your personal details on the J.P. Morgan Next mobile app or from a web browser.

Notes:

  • You cannot edit your date of birth after it has been added.

  • Only admins can edit user roles and managers assigned to the user

  • You cannot edit your login email addresses from the mobile app.

Edit account details from a web browser

  1. Open your profile settings by selecting the My account link in the Navigation Menu

  2. Select Options

  3. Select Edit account

  4. Update your personal information, including:

    • Profile picture

    • Name

    • Login email address: the email address used to log into all connected accounts

    • Notification email: the email address used for notifications

    • Receipt email: an additional email address that can be used to forward receipts

    • Phone number

    • Physical card mailing address: you can enter a street address or use your company's address

      • Note: You cannot edit your physical mailing address in J.P Morgan Next, formerly Spend Center.

  5. Select Update account

Edit account details from the mobile app

  1. In the Navigation Bar, tap More

  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen

  3. View your personal account.

  4. If your email account has not been verified, a Pending Verification label displays in the Email field

    • To send the verification email again, tap Resend verification email

  5. Tap Edit to make updates to the following information:

    • Profile picture

    • Name

    • Notification email address

    • Phone number

    • Physical card mailing address: you can enter a street address or use your company's address

      • Note: You cannot edit your physical mailing address in J.P Morgan Next, formerly Spend Center.

  6. Once changes have been made, tap Save
