Next User Type: Member
As a Next cardholder (admin or member), you can automatically split any transactions made on a virtual card, including after the transaction has been made.
Auto-split settings include establishing the number of splits, entering the percentage to include for each split amount, and selecting custom field options to apply for each split.
Notes:
You can only auto-split transactions from a web browser.
Automatic splits do not take effect until after a transaction is cleared.
When exporting split transactions, they display as separate transactions. The parent transaction displays as well.
If you split a transaction that has already been synced to your accounting integration, it is recommended that you delete the original, un-split transaction from your accounting system
If you sync a split transaction, Next sends two transactions to the accounting system but will not delete a previously synced, un-split transaction.
